UpCentral's text messaging feature enables two-way conversations and provides a consolidated view of all external communications with your contacts. When your company number receives a new text message, it appears as a conversation with the sender in the 'Conversations' -> 'All Conversations' section.

You have the option to assign messages to yourself or to other team members. To view conversations specifically assigned to you, simply select the 'Assigned To Me' option from the left navigation bar.

To initiate a new outbound conversation, click the '+' button. Then, either type in the recipient's name or select them from a list to send a message.
