How Do I Add Phone Extensions in UpCentral?

In UpCentral, extensions are tied to teammates, meaning each extension is assigned to a specific user. To add an extension, you’ll need to create a teammate account first.

Steps to Add an Extension:

  1. Log into Your UpCentral Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to “People” → “Teammates” on the left navigation menu.

  3. Click “Add Teammate” and enter the required details.

  4. Assign an Extension – Once the teammate is created, an extension will be automatically assigned, or you can manually set one.

Each teammate has a unique extension, making internal call routing seamless.
