If you are experiencing issues with the UpCentral app not ringing for incoming calls on your Android device, follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.
Step 1: Sign Out and Sign Back In
1. Open the UpCentral app on your Android device.
2. Navigate to the Settings tab.
3. Scroll down and Sign Out of the app.
4. After signing out, Sign Back In with your credentials.
This step helps refresh the app’s connection, which may resolve the ringing issue.
Step 2: Check App Permissions and Notifications
If signing out and signing back in does not resolve the issue, proceed with the steps below:
1. Press and Hold the UpCentral App Icon
Locate the UpCentral app on your home screen. Press and hold the app icon until a menu pops up.
2. Select the Info Button
From the pop-up menu, select the “info” icon (as indicated by the red arrow in the image) to access the app’s settings page.
3. Go to Storage
On the app info page, scroll down and tap Storage.
4. Clear Cache and Data
• Tap Clear Cache to remove temporary files.
• Then tap Clear Data to refresh the app entirely (your account will not be deleted).
After clearing the cache and data, your app will be reset, and this should resolve any issues with incoming calls.
