Unlimited Calling and Texting: What Does the Fair Usage Policy Mean?

Learn about our fair usage limits for calls and texts, and special considerations for call center operations.

Updated over 6 months ago

Our fair usage policy is designed to accommodate the typical usage needs of our customers. Under this policy, each user is allotted 1,000 minutes of phone calls and 2,000 text messages per month. If you exceed these limits, additional charges will apply at a rate of 2.5 cents per minute for calls and 1.5 cents per text message.

Call Center Usage

While our services support call center operations, our pricing structure is primarily intended for standard business use rather than extensive inbound or outbound call center activities. Using our services for a call center is permissible; however, be aware that this may incur extra charges. We may also need to adjust pricing based on your specific usage patterns to cover the costs imposed by our underlying carriers. This ensures our ability to sustain service quality and availability for all users.
