To make and receive voice calls through the UpCentral platform, your browser must have permission to access your microphone and speakers. Follow these steps to enable audio access in Google Chrome:
✅ Step 1: Open Site Permissions
Go to https://upcentral.app and log in.
Look to the far left of the address bar.
Click the “site icon” (circle with an ‘i’ or settings icon).
In the menu that appears, click “Site settings.”
✅ Step 2: Enable Microphone and Sound
In the site settings page:
Set Microphone to “Allow”
Set Sound to “Allow”
Tip: If you don’t see your microphone listed, make sure it’s plugged in and recognized by your computer. You can manage your default device in your system’s sound settings.
🔁 Step 3: Refresh the Page
After allowing microphone and sound access:
Close the site settings tab
Refresh the UpCentral page
Chrome should now prompt you (if it hasn’t already) to allow microphone access the next time you initiate or receive a call. Click “Allow” when prompted.
