To prevent phishing and misuse, carriers require:
Your company’s legal name
Your EIN (Employer Identification Number) that matches the legal name
Your business website
The Caller Name must be related to or match your business and is limited to 15 characters. Once submitted, the update will typically take effect within 24 to 48 hours.
