Yes, you can transfer (port) your existing phone numbers to UpCentral. Once you sign up for an account, you can initiate a port request directly from your web dashboard. Simply follow the steps in the porting wizard to provide the necessary details, and we’ll handle the rest.
The porting process typically takes about 2-4 weeks, depending on how quickly your current provider releases the phone numbers. To ensure no downtime, we will add your number to the account prior to the port date. Meanwhile, you can select a temporary phone number to fully explore all the features of UpCentral while your number is being ported over.
